Wild West Children's Dentistry

Where do I start with this office... I was recommended this place but to start off I completely understand due to COVID 19 the precautions with the masks but my children are 2-7 years old the receptionist advised me it's completely fine that they don't have a mask. This office is combined with a medical OBGYN office and the lady from the doctor office makes it a big deal if you sit on the wrong side and the fact my children weren't wearing a mask when clearly I seen multiple children without them. Next my son had to have X-ray's taken for a tooth that needed to be extracted & I was advised THAT DAY that parents aren't allowed in the procedure room that was news to me because he's two years old of course he's going to scream/cry when he's in a room with strangers. The doctor has ZERO patience I asked several times to at least wait by the door of the room to give him some comfort. When I was finally allowed back in the room the doctor just rushed passed me no greeting/introduction, no af

Dentist was very very rude. Argued with me, made demands, refused to fix the issue I asked her to fix, my tooth ended up looking very homemade.

They've always gotten the dental work on my son done rather fast and try to accommodate his autism. The dentists are very friendly and helpful, along with the front office staff.
