It is the time of the year to select a new insurance provider again. I’m writing this in hope to save someone from monetary loss and injustice I have suffered with them. The biggest issue with Willamette is that the insurance provider and clinic is one and the same. When you do have issues with the standard of care provided by a dentist in the clinic, your insurance will not cover you to go to a different clinic to receive treatments or even simply get a second opinion consultation (I have tried, one of the dentists from Willamette even tried to help me). When you choose Willamette and have an issue with your dentist, you will realize that there is a serious conflict of interest between your insurance provider and your rights to receive the best patient care. You are forced to work with the same dentist even though you have notified management of issues with the dentist. They will not allow you to work with a different dentist in network, claiming that they have none. You are thus forc
