Front desk make effort to let all staff I came in contact with knew how to correctly pronounce my name. This is huge and great customer service and shows how much they care about the patients they have thank you so much❤️ Dr is fantastic he gives great advice and is never in a hurry honesty is huge!!

I've always had great experiences with Willamette dental group. Fast, focused on prevention, great customer service, and they help you without making you feel guilty.

Loved their experience up until this day. Throughout the week, I received reminders of my appointment, calls, and text. I made sure to confirm them all and requested time off from work. This morning, I received a call 1 hour before my appointment, as I was getting ready. Willamette left a message on the phone. The message was so incoherent that I did not understand what they were saying. Call the number back, but they were closed. So I went to my appointment and was told that it was canceled. I informed them before I gave my name that I got a call but did not understand the message. lady in the front at 8am stark 1 November 15th, 2023 was flat-out rude, saying I should have gotten a call back number. Ignoring the fact that I just said I did not understand the message or the number. She went straight to let me reschedule you. Not one, sorry.
