Hygienist was gentle, kind and just amazing. I have had bad experience with oral surgery and customer service in the past at a different office. Spent A LOT of unnecessary money. Willamette has changed my mind about dentists and put me at ease. Everyone from the front desk, hygienist and dentists have been great.

Can I give a negative 5 stars??? The care and quality is just not there. Had a root canal and crown placed with multitude of issues where I had to return dozens of times for improper fitting and crown repeatedly falling off. They charged my insurance for the same crown multiple times too. It’s been 2 years and my crown fell off again. They said they will email the manager and see if she can get back to me sometime because she’s not in today. They said because I no longer have that insurance I would be responsible to pay out of pocket. I told them my new dentist confirmed it was never fitted properly and they need to fix their mess. They don’t seem to care. No empathy or promptness in helping resolve the issue. I’m also 8 1/2 months pregnant and they said just don’t eat on that side and only eat soft foods… this is completely unacceptable.

My husband recently went here to have a large filling replaced. They were able to get him in promptly and fix it. Afterwards he had no numbness or pain. Best ever dental appointment!
