The only reason why I use Willamette Dental is because it was paid for by my job this year we have to pay extra to have the privilege of working with these people you cannot get an appointment more than 60 days out you cannot get an appointment because when you call back in for your 30- days to make an appointment that you need there's no more room to have an appointment made this creates excessive waiting between care which in turn causes extra wear. They have pamphlets all over their offices about the best care for your teeth and the best dental practices and yet they don't follow them themselves and they will not pay for anybody else to do the work. An example of this would be trying to get an implant for a missing tooth the insurance only covers $1,500 of the cost and pays nothing for the tooth that goes on to the implant because that's considered cosmetic. Overall the dentist say that they do the best with what is available from the company.

I came in for a crown replacement. Half way through the procedure, the scanner used to take pictures for the new crown stopped working. The doctor and assistants spent 45 minutes attempting to fix the problem without success. During that time, I began to addition pain since the medication was wearing off. They finally used an old method to get an imprint of my tooth, but the process was painful. At the end, I requested a refund of my $150 co-pay as an apology for the unnecessary pain and wasted time. They refused and instead issued a refund of $15 for the office visit. This was insulting and worse than if they'd refused to refund anything.

When my partner submitted a complaint about one of the surgeons, the surgeon texted my partner on their personal phone asking for an explanation, and then proceeded to text paragraphs explaining why my partner was wrong. A text-book case of mansplaining and a violation of boundaries.
