Dr Williams was my dentist when I was little, I haven't been to the dentist for a good while, he was always so nice, staff was always so nice. I went back after 11 yrs, and still so friendly! So happy to have returned to the same friendly Dr Williams and his staff!
Dr Williams is rude and has a awful bedside manner. Instead of owning up to the fact that they messed up my tooth and left it worse than when I went in they try and make excuses. He doesn't take the time to really listen and is always in a rush. My tooth is now messed up where it's going to need a root canal after the bad work they did and wants me to pay out of pocket instead of fixing it for free.
Dr. Williams is an excellent dentist. He is not money hungry like other practices. Everyone is friendly from the staff to the hygienist and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend this dentist to all my family and friends.
