Worcester Endodontics

I had my first appointment at worcester endodontics. I recently had a kidney transplant and the staff was friendly and sympathetic to my needs. I would definitely recommend this practice. You can’t go wrong with Dr Stern, and Dr Nunez. Thank you Evelyn and Karen for your patience and especially Barbara for her inspirational talks.

If the front desk staff was better, I'd give this place 5 stars. But, my experience with the front staff is you need to verify EVERYTHING you've told them and ask them to verify it back to ensure they're setting up the appointment correctly. As for the dentists and techs, they're fantastic. I had to get a root canal (had an infection so I got to see them twice) and felt comfortable with the dentist (Dr. Niusha Nikkholgh). She made me feel less nervous, explained what she was going to do, and I was checked in on throughout the visit to ensure I wasn't feeling any pain. The techs that worked with her were great as well and very compassionate. As someone who's had many bad experiences with dentists growing up, I hate going to the dentist. If I ever have to get another root canal, I'm going to Dr. Niusha. I'd be glad to have her do my dental work.

Great experience. Barbara the assistant is very professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Stern is very skilled and has an excellent bed side manner. They both helped me through my dental anxiety, working with me patiently and gently. This is the best Endodontist office around!
