So I was told today that they is a 25 dollar deposit for making an appointment which is covered under my son's insurance. I've never had to pay 25 dollars to make an appointment and we've been going here since he was 6 he's now 11. They said it's potentially refundable, I'm guessing if we show up. But we're on medi cal and can't afford the deposit. So I'll be looking for a new office.
Excellent experience! Highly recommend. I had to get a crown and the entire process went as smooth as can be. I’ve had other crowns done at a previous dentist and it was rough, to say the least. Dr. Park is a true professional and all around great guy. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Facility is clean. A+ work all around.
The dentist was so helpful in telling me my options and the benefits of each one. Then he let me express my opinion and respected it. He did a fantastic job on putting my crown back in. Thank uou
