ZenDental - Alessandra Raschkovsky, DDS

I hadn't been to the dentist in an embarrassing amount of time. But, I am so glad I found Zen Dental. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Alessandra was hilarious and informative. Like, I literally kept spitting on her due to laughing so much (and spit glands). So glad I found her. Also, if you're in DTLA, it's in walking distance. HUGE Bonus!!

The worst experience with a dentist I've ever had in my 63 years, or ever heard of, by far, was with dentist Alessandra Raschkovsky! I really don't understand all these great reviews about her. If I could give her 0 stars or even less, I would. Everything started 3 years ago when I went there with a broken and decayed tooth, (only about 20% of it was left). She suggested a root canal and a crown on it, instead of an implant, so I followed her advice. The crown she put on my destroyed tooth, broke completely into 2 pieces, without any reason, less than 3 years after she installed it! Never in my life have I ever heard of a crown breaking so easily after such a short time, anywhere in the world, never mind in America in the 21st century! To begin with, she shouldn't have suggested a crown (for my destroyed tooth) ,when she first installed it 3 years prior. She should have suggested an implant instead, which not only is much stronger and durable, it was also much cheaper and doesn't need

Let me share my experience of my visit to zen-dental this morning. After an easy scheduling I went to place well located in downtown LA. Parked on the extra door public parking building (5$ After validation on zendental) The facility has a great waiting room. Is amazing how relaxed you could get after seeing the design and colors from inside. My problem was an impacted wisdom tooth , i got an X-ray followed by an extraction. Dr Alessandra and her assistant Marcela were very attentive to everything. I didn’t feel any pain. The whole procedure last less than 15 minutes ! Totally Recommended !!! Thank you zen dental !!!!
