This is a great general practice dentist office. Friendly and professional staff. The place is always clean. I have been coming here for about 7 years, and have been happy from the beginning.

I have been going to Zidel since I first moved to Columbus in 2005. The staff and Doctors are amazing. This last visit I had an old filling that was bugging me and so I agreed with them that it was time for a crown. I went in and had a temp. When I had to get back in because I had to get it fixed, they worked to squeeze me in and were so delightful and welcoming even when I had to be added to an already busy Saturday morning. I am so thankful for this practice and love that they always give 100% to patient care! Thank you so much Zidel Dental Group!

Several years ago, I connected with Dr. Eric Zidel of Zidel Dental Group after having severe dental issues and making an appointment to see him for a second opinion. My parents were seeing him at the time and raved about his professional work etiquette. The second opinion appointment led to a strong bond between us and his impeccable staff to this day. Dr. Zidel was able to address my severe issues in a year. During this period, he gained my complete trust with his superb dental work and how his office staff treated me, handled insurance claims, scheduled appointments, etc. They're first-class and highly accommodating. Dr. Zidel, while extremely professional, has a fabulous personality a keen sense of humor, and makes you feel very comfortable. When entering the spacious dental office, one can't but notice and feel the serene and Zen-type environment. I've never waited for more than five minutes to be seen for an appointment.
