Zollett Endodontics

I would like to start with the positive of my experience. The receptionist was very friendly each time I called to see if there was a cancellation in order for me to get in sooner as I had been in pain for almost 5 weeks. There was a cancellation and I was moved up 2 weeks sooner. After the root canal, which has only been a week, I have been in less pain but not still not fully recovered. Now for the not so good......I have been in customer service for over 22 years and in my opinion, if you are working with the public then you should show empathy and intentional kindness towards your clients. Dr. Zollett walked into the room and did not even introduce herself, I had to ask if she was Dr. Zollett which she then confirmed. I have had bad experiences in the past with the novacaine not completely numbing my jaw so my anxiety was a little high. I noted this on the registration paperwork the office emailed me prior to my appt. Dr. Zollett started the procedure and hit the nerve twice

The receptionist would rather make you feel ignorant than schedule you an appointment

Dr. Z is hands down the best! From the moment I scheduled the appointment, to the actual visit, I was thoroughly impressed. I was able to get in quickly, and couldn’t be more appreciative of the outcome.
