It's great if you are a certain race, otherwise the female dentist will make fun of the patient with the dental assistant right in front of their parent. Mr. Williams was awesome, can't say the same about the wife, which is why we stopped going there. I'm sure if she has children she would not appreciate that type of behavior from a professional.

I’m the type of person who HATES dentists with a passion. It’s not the dentist themselves but the process of what they do. When I found Dr. Williams office as a dentist for my kids I immediately loved him and his staff. I changed dentists for my kids do to insurance reasons but I’m still a patient and he is the only person I will ever let take care of my dental needs. I’ve had cleanings, X-rays, and a tooth removal and they are amazing. Didn’t feel a thing they are that good. If you need work done, I highly recommend them to anyone. Jennie and Ashleigh are my favorite dental hygienists, Melanie the office manager is super sweet and Dr. Ty Williams is just wonderful. What dentist and staff do you know that actually cares enough to ask how the kids are, or how your weekend was? Best dentist in Augusta hands down!!

Took my son's here today for the first time. We moved here from Oklahoma and needed to find a new dentist, the service was beyond excellent! The front desk staff are amazing. I also had my 2 year old with me and she hadn't had her nap and was being well a 2 year old without a nap. The office manager was very good with her and kept me updated on what was going on with my boys. I'm so glad I found this office. My sons loved the assistants and Dr. Williams. Thank you so much for your wonderful service. I would definitely recommend this office!
