Always have a good experience. My Hygienist Kate is thorough while being mindful of my sensitivity. I had a small cavity we were keeping an eye on and starting to take form. Dr. Imm was able to squeeze me in for an easy, quick drill out and filling right after my cleaning. Tracie did a great job sealing everything up. True artist. Two wrap things up, my wife had a sizable outstanding root canal bill Becky allowed to be broke down into a payment plan. Very helpful! Looking forward to the new office. Thanks guys!!
This has been one of my favorite dental experiences. The staff is vibrant and there is a genuine care for long-term health. Not only that, but it’s not your regular dental stop: the comprehensive practices focus on the overall health of your body and how that can affect your dental health (ex. Dr. Imm checks the overall health of your head and neck). I’ve really enjoyed being taken care of and I’m thankful to call this my dental office moving forward.
I’ve been a patient for nearly 2 years and can’t say enough good things about Dr. Imm and his entire staff at 5 Points! Everyone is so nice, helpful and willing to do anything possible to make every experience positive. What I enjoy the most about Dr.Imm is his approach to individual treatment plans and care for his patients. He gives you his High, Medium & Low dental concerns based on your initial consultation, provides you with multiple treatment plans, then gives you the option to choose what path you’d like to pursue. Overall, I think this practice is one of the best in the Columbus area
