Mill Run Endodontics

I took my 17 year old here to have a root canal because our new dentist told us we needed to have it done. While he was having no pain or issues I asked to please make sure it was in fact a needed procedure. After further x-rays and looking over everything he did not need a root canal. Anyone could have said yes it needs done and taken our money and charged our insurance. Not to mention everyone was super nice! I was concerned because this is something that can’t be undone and with him being so young I was worried. I will go back to this location if in-fact anyone in our family ever needs a root canal.

I have just left having a root canal, and I can not say enough good about these doctor(s) and staff. Dr. was gentle, understanding, very astute, and efficient. She and her assistant worked together at the utmost efficiency. The very adept assistant knew exactly what the Doctor required at the exact time. It was like a very well tuned and fine running machine. They both turned a very unpleasant procedure into a very tolerable and comfortable time spent. I will never go anywhere else other than here. The location is easy to get to, right off of I-270 @ Hilliard Exit. One right, one left and one right and you're there. Thanks Mill Run Endo...

It's more about money than it is about the patient. They want me to pay the full amount of a root canal before even seeing even though my insurance pays 80% out of network. I already have an appointment with another endodontist and they are not requiring me to pay this out of pocket up front and they are not in network. I have an infection in my tooth, this can't wait and you expect me to come up with $875 then it does become more about money than the patient. I will never come to you even if you guys ever do come in network.
