Been going to Highland Dental for years. They are always so professional, helpful and attentive. Today I had my wisdom teeth removed. I had a lot of anxiety going into the day especially with being awake. Dr Harry and Andrea did a phenomenal job of easing my nerves and talking me through everything. The removal was completely painless. Highly recommend them!

I was always in the impression that they do have Human ethical practices Mary the hygienist very Good. Everything Changes Went i was Referral For 2 Root-canals that I was in so much pain for A month and Never gave me follow up to make sure I was WELL HEALED” I have make so many phone calls emails in order to be seeing 6/13/2023.they Gave to much Antibiotics, Ibuprofen, also I was told that My sinuses was Bad also Allergy Meds, etc. pain went more extensively Lumps Growing around the Root Canals and their Endodontics continue saying I was well Healed. Finally I went To Second Opinion to other Endodontics and Found That She Broke one and not finished the Root-canal in other one. Due to that I been very sick Infection got spread and I was Ill. Please be careful because what I’m dealing with my health right now I don’t wish anyone to happen.

WARNING!!! DO NOT waste your time with these people. They are horrible. Apparently, when they have a scheduling error the patient is the one they choose to blame and SHAME. My wife missed a single appointment and she actually canceled the appointment in question way in advance. They also claimed she had missed a different appointment yet she was there and they gave her antibiotics! None of this stopped them from sending threatening and egregious letters in the mail and leaving rude phone messages trying to shame her for their mistakes. Rude, Impolite, flat-out horrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. There are hundreds of options in Worcester and across the state that don't use strong-arm tactics with the people they are supposed to be caring for. The definition of deplorable customer service and patient care.
