Worcester Kids Dentist

I bring my kids here all the time and I honestly can say I would never switch practices (as long as my children are able to come here age wise ha ha) dr.Vera is very attentive to detail and she makes my kids feel amazing and comfortable in her office. I can honestly say my children have had horrible experiences in other practices but once I came into Worcester kids dentist they love going to the dentist. I recommend this practice to everyone I know, because I would trust dr. Vera’s opinion and care with my children any and everytime

Dr. Vera is great! So is her staff! My brother and I have been coming here since we were kids-over a decade-and unfortunately I am about to age out of her practice. They have always been so kind and make fear of the dentist impossible! They remember to ask about whatever we mentioned at the last visit too like how our family vacation was which is cool. And even though we are getting old my brother and I are always excited to see Charlie the therapy dog. Hopefully one day I’ll bring my kids here. Thanks Worcester Kids!

I have been bringing my son here for over a year. He had two visits and things were fine. I called and asked recently to reschedule due to being sick. The earliest they could get us in was May. I asked if they had something sooner on a Thursday. The receptionist said June. I explained to here my kid needed something sooner because he’s having issues with his bottom teeth being crooked and pushing against each other. She gave me attitude and I asked to speak with someone else. She hung up on me. I called back and got a different receptionist who was honestly worse than the first. I asked for my sons records so I could find another dentist that would get us in sooner. This lady (she never identified herself, even after I asked her) started yelling at me about switching practices. Before I got a word in she hung up. I have been calling back since she hung up. Nobody is answering my phone calls. I don’t know what’s going on with this place but it has gone downhill. I definitely wouldn’t re
