Absolute Dental - Aliante

Called to schedule an appointment for my son on Tuesday the 12th. Was placed on hold multiple times and ended up with an appointment for today the 13th. Provided insurance info so they could get the authorization. Arrived at 750am for an 8am appointment. Provided all info and waited. Found out they didn't have the insurance info that was provided when the appointment was scheduled. Left at 835am as they had not called us back yet. They even took a walk in in under 10 minutes of their arrival. Will not be doing business here again and would not recommend them.

Don’t go here, If you’re here for a ‘FREE’ Consultation, it is far from free. They will bill your insurance for the ‘Free’ consultation then bill you the cost your insurance won’t cover. I’m not the only person they’ve done this to and they will keep doing it to poor people who don’t know better Don't go here for your own good.

The worst place my son waited his appointment was at 10 they had him waiting for two hours and when I asked for a manager they said I had to fill out a form to fill out a complaint I think the only reason why people come here is because they have Medicaid and there’s not enough dentist here in Vegas and the office chairs smell badly and they had people waiting outside
