Shadow Mountain Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics

It was our first time visiting this dentist office and my husband and I were very happy with our experience. The staff was friendly and worked together really well. Eileen at the front desk was very welcoming. Cindy who was kind and beyond proficient in what she does. Dr. Tran who took her time in explaining and performing on our teeth. Dr. Tran is a perfectionist and it shows that she takes pride in her work. I’ve never been treated so well and so satisfied with a dental appointment. They gained repeat customers. Thank you again.

I get so much anxiety going to the dentist that I’ve been putting it off. Today, I visited Shadow Mountain Smiles on Decatur for the first time and I’m so glad I did. This practice is clean and the staff is amazing! I can honestly say that I will be keeping my dental visits regular from now on.

This review is for the pediatric dentistry side only. The adult dentistry is great. I had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life here today with my children. We are hopeful that once we speak with the practice manager and owner, who were not present, that the situation can be properly addressed, including staff retraining. We cannot believe the difference in the quality of care today versus what we experienced in the past, or even in the other office. Update: No one has returned our phone call or message, spoken with us or told us how they will make the situation right. Tomorrow will have been a week since their terribly unorganized debacle and poor care of my children. I will give full details over the weekend. I have grave concerns about the male working in the office of the children’s clinic. He is devoid of empathy, kindness and has no communication skills. Not someone who should be working with families and children.
