Shadow Mountain Dental Group and Orthodontics

I recently had a dental experience at Shadow Mountain Dental, 6525 N Decatur Blvd in North Las Vegas, which was not a good one. The customer service has gone downhill since the office expanded to twice its original size. Most of the staff have left, and there are new doctors and staff that I have never seen before, even though I have been going to Shadow Mountain for years. The customer service was poor, and I felt I was being treated like a number rather than a person. To make matters worse, I received a bill from Shadow Mountain Dental for $218 for services I did in August 2022. That was eight months ago, and I had already paid almost $1,500 before my treatment. That was eight months ago. I had already paid nearly $1,500 before my treatment. The invoice they gave me eight months ago said I was paid in full, but the recent invoice does not match that. It's frustrating to deal with a company that doesn't have its billing department in order. I recommend keeping your receipts and record

Office is very friendly and welcoming from the front office, assistants to doctors. Everyone is so knowledgeable and professional. All my friends and family have came here to get emergency and cosmetic dental treatment and have loved it. Financially they have always helped me too! Office offers financing and payment arrangements if financing is not an option. No complaints here ????

This office has been one of the best, nicest and comfortable experiences I have ever had at a dental office. Dr. Shahrestani is amazing as well as his assistant Ashley. She made my visit so comforting, welcoming & overall a wonderful positive ambience. She is very attentive and super commutative, it feels like I’ve known her forever because of how amazing her communication is and I believe the rest of the patients would say the same and more! She made my visit splendid & I look forward to coming back again. Definitely recommend visiting this dental office, it will not disappoint.
