Absolute Dental Care

Gabrielle, the professional who checked me in went above any beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. She explained the process in-detail and even introduced me to who would be taking my scans before handing me off. Lindsey, the professional who took my scans was patient and extremely thorough with me. The environment was clean, spacious and dare I say - peaceful? Haha I know the word peaceful is word that most would laugh off as an oxymoron for a dental office but it’s true. I hope Dr. Folck gives those two a raise ????, great people up front and behind to follow through makes all the difference with client retention ❤️.

My very first visit was great, then it went downhill. They are an invisalign dentist and I felt pushed into doing it. They have a major communication issue and no one is on the same page. I have had to pay out of pocket each time I visit for various things. They don’t provide an itemized receipt so when you think you paid for something, you probably haven’t. The only recommendation for this dentist is a cleaning. Stay away from any other procedure or you will go down a rabbit hole and wonder where all of your money went, even if you have insurance.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist, and the people in this office are absolutely amazing. Just like their name. They have been nothing more than helpful, friendly and amazing. They were recommended to me and so grateful for the referral. My hygienist is wonderful and Dr. G is pretty awesome too. I’ve only had 2 visits so far, but I’m sure when all is said and done I’ll be a patient for years to come.
