London Bridge Smiles

The best dentist office I’ve ever been to in my life. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I hated dentists offices prior to this visit. Now I will only use London bridge smiles. I normally don’t write reviews but this office deserves more than five stars.

When I made an appointment with this place for my husband I specifically told them he needs a cleaning at his scheduled appointment. I was advised they would make sure the hygienist was scheduled for his appointment so they could do all of the new patient screening as well as a cleaning. They also advertise themselves as a total care practice. When my husband went he not only did not have a cleaning, they did unnecessary exams which we are now being billed $160 for and are the first practice he has ever been to (we go every 6 months) that now say he suddenly needs periodontal work. Every time we go to the dentist with my buy up insurance plan we pay no more than $26 for this type of visit. They are not a total care practice as they do not even do root canals in their office which seems to be a recurring theme down here in Virginia Beach with these dentists that essentially operate as used car salesmen. They see your insurance, they do unnecessary exams to rack up what they get from the

Professional staff and very friendly. The office is luxurious and immaculate. I originally selected this location because it’s close to my home. However, from the moment I walked in. My spouse and I were greeted with smiles and we both were super relaxed and handled with care. This place is legit. I will be coming here for all of my dental needs. If you appreciate top of the line customer service and individual attention to every detail. Make an appointment for your smile at London Bridge Smiles. You’ll be impressed !!
