They are very friendly and so kind! They took us from a horrible orthodontist and started treatment with my daughter right away! They been very open and they have better communication then the other place we went to. 10 out of 10!
My daughter gets excited for her appointments here! She actually asks to go back before it's even time for her follow up appointments. The staff is always kind & gentle with her.
First time going and it was a great experience! Staff was all very friendly. Dr. Lyons was great, very patient and did not mind answering my questions. They really wanted my child to be comfortable. I let them know going in my child uses they/them pronouns and has a preferred name. They were very accomodating, made notes so everyone would be aware of my child's preferences and did a great job addressing them correctly. One of the best vision experiences we have had.
