Access Dental

I understand I was like six minutes late to an appointment but waiting on an update for a whole hour is ridiculous! You even had somebody else cancel before me and that was my sign it was time for me to go too.

My husband visited access, dental, for x-rays only. He is not a patient there or will ever be a patient there. The customer service was very poor, disrespectful and the place is dirty. The lobby was disgusting with spider webs bug fly catcher in the vents . The back area was very unsanitary boxes everywhere .The manager was not kind her name is KENDY. She was disrespectful, loud, and unprofessional. When we asked for her name, she just kept looking at her phone we got no response from her. Then we showed her information of why we were there. My husband notice that she made a copy of my information Without our permission. Then we had to ask for it and ask her why she was making a copy had nothing to do with her, she did not respond.

My dad went to access dental to get a X-ray and the staff we’re disrespectful and rude especially the so called manager “kendy” she is NOT professional at all. she raised her voice and ignored him when he would ask a question. We waited there over an hour for them to attend to us.
