Dr. Sup Lee is an awesome dentist. his front staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygienist was awesome. Loved my cleaning. I recommend this place. I will be coming back and bringing my family to this nice practice.
Dr. Sup took over the space my dentist of 12 years previously occupied prior to his retirement. I was nervous to have a new dentist after so many years. Dr. Sup turned out to be just lovely. He is professional, kind, and his staff and facilities are great as well.
Man, I really hate to do this, but people need to know. I saw this dentist in...I want to say 2021. He'd bought the practice from my former dentist (who retired), who'd told his patients, "this is MY family dentist." That was a good enough vouch for me. I went for regular checkups, and there seemed to be a brand new staff every time. Everyone seemed like they were just barely holding it together. Given that we were in the midst of a pandemic, I was willing to afford everyone a little grace. Of course everyone was anxious! The cleanings were of varied quality. One hygienist proved to be particularly inept with the sonic cleanser. She kept hitting gum. She blamed it on my flossing. (My periodontal charts are all 1s and 2s, my gums were in fine condition.) She wasn't at my next appointment. Dr. Lee invested in an air purifier to make the practice a safer place to work and visit, and I'm grateful for that.
