I'm confused by all these reviews. All I can say is everyone has bad days and everyone has an opinion. Me myself I happen to LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my dentist! They are helpful,kind,and makee feel like they actually care. They are consistent as well. I made an app and was put on the call list for any cancellations. Anywhere else I've done that I never heard back but not these guys. TI wouldn't go anywhere else!
I called and set up an appointment over a month ago when I was told they accepted my insurance so they wasted my time by waiting the day before my appointment to say they don't accept my insurance and cancelled me you would have thought they would see that stuff when they make they're appointments or at least don't wait the day before to cancel. Thank you again for wasting my time
Always friendly. The dentist and her assistant are always gentle and always make it a better dental experience than most that I've been to. Happy I found this place.
