Advanced Endodontic Therapy

One of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist. I called Monday morning having experienced severe pain all weekend and was treated with care and concern and given a 1030 am appointment. My insurance was contacted quickly and before I arrived I knew the exact cost of treatment. Dr. Jackson spent time with me explaining everything seen on the X-ray and what my options were. He was very compassionate to my fears and made sure I was comfortable the entire procedure. I was given clear instructions on what to expect and a personal follow up by Dr. Jackson on how I was feeling a few days later. I would not hesitate to return or recommend this office.

The dentist & his staff did a wonderful job. I had an emergency tooth that needed a root canal and I got in with this office quickly. Unfortunately my dissatisfaction comes purely from the fact that my face had 12 -Rays. 12. Can you fathom?! 2 on the detailed X-ray that spins around your face & the assistant kept pointing the other X-ray incorrectly each & every time before, during and after the procedure. So every single one needed to be repeated. Since then, I’ve been diagnosed with hypothyroidism & my endocrinologist is extremely suspicious that it’s a direct cause of these (combined with recent work by my dentist) X-rays. In the course of a month I had almost 15 X-rays. Absolutely ridiculous! There was no thyroid shield, so nothing to help prevent this. Please be extremely cautious. I have never had a thyroid issue prior to this treatment. Ironically my thyroid levels were checked a month prior due to being a new mom. I had optimal levels across the board. I’m now suffering tremend
