I was in so much pain with a loose tooth..Dr Benjamin and staff made me feel to comfortable.took me in without an appt..left with a smile..thank you
2 stars for being able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly. I was experiencing pain following dental work and wanted a second opinion. The staff at reception was nice and didn’t have to wait long. But once I was back in the exam room the staff I interacted with seemed bored and annoyed with how much detail I was going into (some of which was explaining my anxiety which I specifically picked this place to handle.) After a 5 min exam the doctor continued to tell me not to worry and everything was fine. Historically telling an anxious person not to worry isn’t the best way of handling things. I’m still dealing with pain but had to find a different office to address.
Dr. Kang and Dr. Kostanyan have both been excellent. At my most recent visit Dr. Kang saw me for three separate procedures all within a 90min time period. I had Initially scheduled several appointments - however Dr. Kang was able to complete all of the dental work in one morning. While I appreciate the flexible with scheduling I have also been overall satisfied with the dental work at Advanced Gentle Dentistry of Park Slope.
