Came in to get a crown on my son's tooth. It wasn't covered so we paid out of pocket. About a week later the crown came out and my son's life was in jeopardy because he could've choked on it. We brought him back to expecting this to be a courtesy replacement and surprisedly after the work is done they want to bill us for it. TOTALLY NOT OK. We will not be back and we will possibly pursue legal action. There's now reassurance we'll get good safe work done and then they don't even have the courtesy to cover their mistake.
The staff is always pleasant, soft spoken, patient and accommodating. The dentist is respectful with parents decisions and is gentle with the children. The atmosphere is kid friendly and offers patients programs to watch during their session. We’ve been patients for the last several years and will continue being seen at the park slope office. Definitely recommend :)
Great experience! My son has down syndrome and has been terrified of the dentist, but they handled him with such care. I was so grateful knowing he had a good experience, and is willing to go back. I’m so happy I found this place! I would definitely recommend them for your child.
