Care for my daughter started out great, but over the 2+ years that she was their patient, customer service and care gradually went down. The staff became more and more rude and when it came time to choose her retainer, we were given a brochure to choose from 3 different styles, all of which were included in our "package", but they wouldn't give my daughter the one we requested! When I called to say that these weren't the ones we wanted, I was told that we would have to pay an additional fee to change! Also, they tell you about their "great referral program", stating you get a gift when you refer new patients. When I referred a new patient, I had to call and email several times. They kept stating that the person who set up the new patient didn't enter me as the referral. It took over a month and guess what my referral gift was! A measly $15 Starbucks gift card! So, after spending over $5,000 on my daughters braces and referring a new patient that will easily make them the same amount, a

Dr. G and staff are amazing. I have always felt comfortable when I come in for my visits. They treat all of their patients with care and respect. If you have any Ortho needs, this is the place to go!!!

I recent saw Dr G from Advanced Orthodontics in Madison. The staff was amazing and so helpful. Megan helped with all my needs and Dr G was so kind. Put me at ease and I would highly recommend.
