Phone receptionist took the necessary time to get a complete understanding of my request for a molar extraction, my abbreviated dental history and to inform me about insurance coverage for my policy. Dr. McComb's asssistant was welcoming and confident in preparing me for Dr. McCombs evaluation and a possible extraction procedure. Dr. McCombs was very lively and professionally self-assuring in her introductions and immediately turned to interest in my dental issue and comfort. She listened carefully to my explanations and confirmed my prognosis for an extraction, but was very careful to give me the opportunity to change my mind, by asking me if I wanted her to remove the tooth. She administered a sedative and removed the tooth in a short amount of time, in a very professional and skillful manner.
