Advanced Smile Institute Dentistry

I called and left a message two days before my appointment to cancel due to illness (flu). I have called 5 times since and have left 4 voicemails in two weeks… I have a temporary cap they left in my mouth and i would like to finish what they started. Dispute with credit card is next step… I dont know what has happened to this place in the last 30 days but not good! UPDATE - After reading other reviews - seems this dentist has a habit of collecting money and not following up with the work!

Dr. Lens and staff were amazing during my visit! They explained each step of the procedure and were continually making sure I was comfortable!

The most horrible dentist in the world. He ripped me off many years ago after I over paid him. He failed to pay me back. So I called his office trying to find out when I will get my money. It was an over payment of approx $90 dollars. He kept dodging me . I mean really you can't pay a patient back. Then I had a dental emergency. So I tried to make an appointment. They did not have the courtsey to tell me that Dr. Lens no longer wanted me as a patient any more because he can't pay me back. I thought he was the best dentist in the world until he stole" from me. Then he claimed he needed it to pay a part that my insurance did not. I was paying cash so it wasn't going to go through my insurance. I owed him nothing. I overpaid him by a cavity. I would not trust a dentist who is a thief. Then lies about needing the money to pay the insurance. How many other patients has he ripped off with supposedly owing due to insurance didn't cover everything? He bold face lied. Doctors take an Oat
