Banyan Dental

Had a serious infection from previous poor.dental work.( crown letting in food and causing abcesses) Dr Thomas told me that I could lose the tooth, if not taken care of fairly quickly. Scheduled me for 3-4 weeks later, ( June 3)to sort out insurance. Went in for cleaning 2 days b4 crown to be fixed. The receptionist, who has always seem irritated and abrupt stated that insurance still hadn't got back and just stated that she would cancel my appointment. I decided that I couldn't wait to see about insurance and called the day of my cancelled appointment (June 3)at 6am, telling them that I would pay full price, to try to save my tooth. I was called backed at 1pm and informed that Dr Thomas was on vacation until 14th. Makes me wonder if my quickly cancelled appointment wasn't scheduled during his vacation?? I do not know if I offended this receptionist, but I have found her to be one of most impatient and unfriendly that I have had to deal with. Found another dentist. Receptionist wa

Such a pleasant experience . I have dental anxiety and from start to finish the staff treated me with kindness and respect, Soothed all my anxiety without a sedative . The front desk receptionist Mrs . Pamela Hines set such a peaceful and welcoming tone. And the remaining staff had such poise and amazing bedside manners. I actually look forward to going backback to continue treattreatment . Oh and might I mention affordable care ! Thanks banyan and Dr. Thomas .

Dr. Thomas is the best dentist I've ever known. He not only did a great job on my teeth but also he gave me a fair price. He works very fast and his office is very clean. I recommend him big time.
