I calleed and got an appointment the same day, I was in a lot of pain, they took x-rays and the doctor came to examine me and we made a plan of what needed to be done. He extracted 3 roots that day and the Doctor and his assistant were excellent. They made sure I was comfortable. There bedside manner was excellent.

Steve, the manager at the Saint Lucie West office, is the worst customer service person my family has ever dealt with. This office completely butchered my stepfather's denture procedure to the point where the dentures won't stay in longer than 1 hour. My mother went in to talk with Steve the manager and was the rudest person she ever met in her 72 years. He spoke to her like a POS. Long story short, lawsuit under way for procedure and inhumane customer service. Find another job Steve.

If I could give zero stars, I would. When i came from Washington down to Florida to get my teeth done here cause that’s where my insurance worked sadly was FL, but they tried telling me I needed a crown and a bunch of fillings. Turns out during the “crown” I didn’t need one and I could do a filling instead. Great. Next after my TX was done, I flew back to Washington and was chewing gum cause the plane ride and my fillings came out. When I had my dad call them about it they literally asked me to come back from WA with my composite in my hand for proof. Like what?? Worst experience ever, all the reviews that are bad, definitely aren’t lying.. the fact I work in dental now too and they tried to make me seem idk what i’m talking about, but ok.. lol
