The scheduling is a bit out due to a few employees being on leave HOWEVER, aside from that its great. Theyre not the best at returning calls is my only complaint. If you get Dr Chen, he's AWSOME!! Very kind and super gentle! He also gives great advice and lots of options. I had a super visit today!
The front desk girls, Kimberly and Yanela, are so friendly and always willing to help. They’re very communicative when asked to be on the cancellation list when doctors are booked out. Truly the best customer service with them!
I went to The Hillsboro Advantage clinic for a new patient exam and x-rays I was feeling really scared and dreading the appointment. I had the best experience with Dr Hawes and her assistant Gabe. They both we're so patient and nice. Gabe did an amazing job getting all my x-rays. They are a great team! The other staff was super nice as well. A very welcoming clinic!
