Adventure Dental and Orthodontics

The dentist and staff in the back are wonderful. The wait times are longer than most kids are willing to sit still for. Security guard in the lobby is a weird vibe. The billing is disappointing. They don't know what your copay is when you're there. I got one bill, paid it, then months later got another bill for the same service. No one answered the phone number on the bill. Left a message and no response on that message for weeks.

This place is so unprofessional and short staffed. My son was scheduled to have his cavities serviced and they gave him a spacer instead advising they are short staffed and to come back in the morning like people don’t have work and school. My son missed instruction time from school and I missed time off of work and did not get the service we had originally scheduled. They made me feel like it was my fault they were short staffed. They have no disregard for people time and this was all after waiting an hour in the waiting area. ???????????????? My baby got something done we wasn’t even scheduled for. Now we have to take off additional time in the future in hopes he can get his cavities serviced.

If you have hours to waste, then here is where you belong. Didn’t even get to the back because the wait was so long. The two stars is for the ladies at the front. They were extremely nice and apologetic. But I won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend anyone waste their time here.
