I went there 3 years ago and the staff was nice except this old lady at the register. She looked like she was in her late 50's or early 60's. She was so unprofessional and Ghetto. She kept making jokes as if I was broke. She's African American. I had tell her to stop and my denture were so uncomfortable, I have to take them out of my mouth to eat and couldn't talk well. So beware, I don't recommend this place. This office is owned by a African American lady.
It all begins when you walk through the door, you're greeted with a smile! From there the always curtious and professional staff gets you checked in. The waiting area is always clean and cozy with mind soothing tunes playing. Once called to the treatment area which I must say is always in pristine condition with modern equipment. You are prepped quickly without having to wait in a room for an extended period as most do. Dr. Dulan enters with her big welcoming smile and personality to make you feel right at home. I have been using Spectrum Dental for at least 4 years, I was referred to Spectrum Dental by a friend. I must say that these 4 years of being serviced by Dr. Dulan and the AMAZING STAFF (Camile, Leonard...etc) has been a pleasure.
