Porter Dental

Front desk totally disorganized, we arrived 10 mins early for a 9am scheduled appt. The same person who had been totally unhelpful had made the appt yet she couldn't locate the appt until I told her that she was the person who made the appt. Needless to say called back to see the dentist at 10:15. Front desk staff seems disgruntled and it affects how they handle the clients. I think I will have my daughter find another dentist for her kids. 2nd review I have made in less then a week.

My son came in for teeth cleaning and the dentist put holes in his gums! Gums are sore and bleeding where she poked holes at! Where is the care and professionalism ???????????????????????? Poor service.

Every time I try to call to make appointment, no one answers the phone. Only thing pops up is the voicemail even when I took my granddaughter to another dentist to get information from port, a Dental, neither one of us could get through the other dental office for myself. It is sad that they had the nerve to change their name from Kool Smiles to port a Dental it has gotten worse you go there for any other appointment. You sit there over two hours before you’re done there I would like to speak to someone in that office or above their head so that they can pop up there and see what they do there in the office because no one answers the phone try it out yourself
