Now let's be clear, the dentist in general is NOT my favorite place but this dentist office has the best staff! From the initial interaction of setting up the appointment to the close out of the appointment, the staff are informative, take care, remember the small things! My experiences have been consistent. Shout out to Rose for taking the care to walk me through how to properly maintain my bridge AND providing the recommendations for proper dental care at home!

I have had nothing but marvelous experiences with their whole team throughout several years. The office is in high demand, so make sure you are proactive and schedule appointments ahead of time or make adjustments to current schedule ASAP to help them out! From cleanings, to fillings, to billing/insurance navigation, everyone has been very transparent and respectful. I don't have great teeth due to medical issues, but the team never once commented on their appearance or made me feel bad about it. They're very factual: "this needs xxx so xxx doesn't happen, or we can try xxx instead." Note that I am a very strong advocate for myself which helps with communication, but combining that with the respect I mentioned above, I feel very empowered with my own healthcare when I'm with their office. I’ve been a patient at this practice for going on three years. I had a terrible experience with my previous dentist trying to nickel and dime and price gouge me causing my oral health to decline when I thought I was out of options. Dr. Jackson-George was patient, transparent, and empathetic with my situation and worked up a treatment plan that was doable for me. She has made every visit and procedure comfortable and as painless as possible. The staff are friendly and professional and pleasurable to work with. I’ve even referred friends to the practice who have also had good experiences. My only criticism is the length of time to get an appointment. However, I don’t mind the wait as it is worth it! In many cases I’ve had appointments bumped up when they have openings in their schedule so a little patience goes a long way! I plan to stay here as long as i am in Baltimore!
