Dr. B’s staff needs to take a class in customer service. I came in saying good afternoon to the front desk. The gentleman waiting me spoke, the woman sitting with him did not part her lips. The hygienist, called me back never introducing herself. She sat me in the chair to do more imaging, I asked who was she. She told me she was the hygienist and stated I never be to an office the the hygienist didn’t introduce themselves. She says, “ Honey the are so many hygienists here we don’t want to confuse you with names. There’s only one dentist for you to know!” Dr. B was welcoming and a nice personality. He was honest about my issues and got my in and out swiftly. I’ll be going back simply because of him, his warm pleasant demeanor and his honesty.

The entire staff was friendly and very helpful thru out the entire process. My teeth are now healthy and they look great. Baltimore City Dental Group gave me a great reason to smile ???????????????? Keep up the good work ????

They were great at Baltimore City Dental Group. There was very little wait time and the dentists were very supportive, positive and professional despite all the dental issues they found. This world needs more dentists that share their kind of hopeful, authentic and caring energy. A big thank you to their staff!
