Charm City Dental

Do NOT get fillings here. I paid a lot of money to have multiple cavities filled here, and at my 6 month checkup I was told one that they had just done, needed to be redone. After that I decided I wanted to go to see another dental office for my next checkup, since I didn't trust their work anymore. My new dentist told me that NONE of the fillings Charm City Dental had done were properly placed/sealed, and I'd have to have ALL of them redone. So I had to end up paying for all the work twice. Save your time and money and find another dentist.

Dr. Collins is fantastic and he has a sweet and helpful team in his office, as well. They are a bit backed-up with appointments lately due to COVID restrictions, but I went in for a (overdue) cleaning today and was highly impressed by the organization and protocol with, what seemed to be, only one assistant and Dr. Collins in the office. I was in and out in an hour and extremely happy with my cleaning. I've been coming to Charm City Dental for 5+ years now and each time I'm absolutely thrilled with the service and efficiency. I recommend Charm City Dental constantly, and will continue to do so!

Rude and impersonal, I felt highly pressured to get work done that was outside my insurance coverage but wasn't told that. Their billing is absolutely incompetent and cant even consistently tell our insurance what they have charged. and on top of all that, after ive had this work done, ive had the worst mouth pain of my life for 3 weeks. I wouldn't send my worst enemies here. Update: went to a new dentist, and they informed me that I had a dead tooth and needed a root canal, while they can't confirm 100%, their suspicion is that during my unnecessary procedure at CCD they drilled too deep and killed the nerve.
