Adventure Dental, Vision and Orthodontics

So we like this place because 70% of the time dentist are great with kids. We have been lucky this year and they have had some great dentist except for one assistant was mean and rough. The problem is the front desk they're usually always rude and as I write this at my kids appointment we are waiting an hr pass the scheduled time. When we were on time. 0 apologies anything just "were behind" A schedule time I should add we have 0 say in because they will automatically schedule you without any input to what works for you. And won't even tell you when it is untill a week before they send you a "reminder". When asked about it they tell you the system automatically dies it and that we can opt out. But apparently that doesent work because they keep doing it. Honestly if they can the front desk and scheduling under control they would be 100x. Better

The staff here is always sweet and helpful. Kdee went above and beyond in helping my child find a pair of glasses that she likes. I definitely recommend coming here for all your child's vision needs.

Checked in on time, waited 25 minutes before getting called back, no one said anything about a wait time or possibly being behind. Once called back the MA did what she needed to do then moved us to another room to see the doctor and sat in there for 20 minutes with no communication from anyone so we walked out and even doing that no one approached or said anything as we walked out. We never see the same doctor. Poor service will be going elsewhere for my child's eye care!!!
