I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist because of childhood terrible experiences. I haven’t been to a dentist since my mother could no longer make me go. My mouth needs some work and they have handle me with exceptional care I couldn’t be anymore grateful than I already am. I will go there forever they so explain EVERYTHING from teeth to procedures to billing everyone is so nice and knowledgeable and they have the latest machines. If you looking for Family dentist this is your office because they do my kids as well.

Came here to have some dental work looked at, the secretary that got me started, Cathy, was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable! She settled my dental anxiety. I then saw Dr. Williams, she was so kind and gentle! She also eased my dental anxiety. She went into depth about what I needed done and also gave me other options as well. Would highly recommend their office!

Having been very dental phobic pretty much my entire life, I saw Dr Sydney Williams at another practice when I had a dental emergency. I was amazed at how comfortable she made me feel and how sensitive she was to my anxieties. When I heard she was at Orchard Hill Dentistry, I went to see her again to get my dental health (which was in poor shape) back on track at her recommendation. Every single person at Orchard Hill - from Kathy at the front desk to Molly the hygienist to Dr Williams - put me at ease from day one. The best part is they addressed my immediate concerns first that were impacting my self confidence - and THEY GAVE ME MY SMILE BACK! There is no value that can be placed on that. Since coming to Orchard Hill, I've not only overcome my dental phobia, I have gone the other end of the spectrum and I am zealous about my daily dental hygiene and going to see the team at Orchard Hill!
