Call to schedule an appointment based on their website offer of a complimentary smile maakeover, so I called the office today. The office had no idea what was on the website then say that the website has not been updated since pre covid and that the offer was not valid. I find this highly unacceptable. If you're looking for s a dental office that's more organized, updated, and accomodating , i suggest you look elsewhere.

Both of my adult children are on my insurance. They charged my daughter for my son's service which was paid for at the time of his service. I was told they look at the balance not the name. If I had a balance then why didn't I receive a bill months ago. They won't be returning. The woman I spoke to is rude and doesn't need to work with the public. She also tried to tell me my insurance downgraded. I didn't change anything with my insurance. She also told my daughter that I owed her the money back. Who the hell are you to be saying that? Unprofessional!!!
