Remember when they say "they partner, it means u go as a NEW patient "... that also means when u need an extraction, real root canal, any peridotal work or more, they send u to their "friend" who just happens to be In be in that business. How convenient It ends up being o3x what a normal full service dentist would ultimately charge. Just sayin.

I had an appointment for a crown. The entire process took about an hour and a half. This includes making the crown right there. It was fast and easy. The Doctor said that I could take ibuprofen for pain afterwards, but I didn’t need it. Two hours after the procedure I was back to normal. There was no pain at all. The crown fits perfectly. I am very satisfied.

Had my teeth cleaned by Laurel and she did a really good job. Cleaned my teeth well but also gave me some tips / demonstration on how I can improve my brushing technique. She was very nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time. Later, I had a 5 cavities filled by Dr. Albee. Unfortunately, my last dentist had messed up 4 of my fillings by not removing all of the decay, only some, and filling it in. I was very lucky that Dr. Albee took the time to check how my fillings were when I was in for a routine cleaning. If she hadn't, I would be looking at a bunch of root canals thanks to the schamm that did them in the first place. She made me feel super comfortable, and did all 5 in one sitting (I am not from Rochester and travel 4 hours for her service) so I didn't have to drive back. She did a super job, no pain, I could barely tell I was getting 5 teeth drilled. Customer for life!
