When my husband went for the first time, he showed up for his appointment and they had no record of it. They made time to see him anyhow. Whereas for me, I got a notice saying I missed my appointment, two weeks before the time I had it scheduled. So... the scheduling is unreliable. When my husband went, the hygienist told him that "once the doctor sits down, it's hard to get him back up to see a patient." So she put my husbands paperwork under the doctor's glasses so he'd be sure to see it, and that "usually works" to get him to get up and do the exams. That's just weird. It's weird that it's true, and it's weird that she said it. Last week, I went in for my cleaning. I was overdue for x-rays. I explained that my husband and I are trying to conceive and that we needed to wait on the x-rays in case I was pregnant. The doctor was EXTREMELY RUDE to me, refused the exam in its entirety, got up and walked out of the room. We decided to find a new dentist.
Go anywhere other then this place. They will continue you to bill you even though you have paid. Once you get the billing squared you will get another bill saying you owe for something else. This place is running a scam.I have had to call 5 times for their mistakes and will probably have to call again when they mess up the billing again in a few months. Horrific experience
Dr Andy was very professional, fun and compassionate. I haven't had any teeth pulled since 1972. He did a great job numbing my gums so I couldn't feel a thing. He really cared about patient comfort. HE IS REALLY GOOD!!!!!
