Love this office! My kids love it too! Jackie and her staff are the best. She explains everything in detail, answers any questions and has a smile the whole time. We’ve been going here since they opened and have always been taken care of. The original Nintendos are a plus!

I had lost a large filling in my front tooth overnight and called the Alford General Office where I am a regular patient. I had a commitment to attend a military funeral service in Fernley in the late morning and needed my tooth repaired quickly in order to make the service. Dr. Alford came into the office early after the office had scheduled and prepped me for the repair work prior to his arrival. He took one look at the X-ray, one at my tooth and said, "I can fix this!" My tooth was "fixed" and I was ready to roll by 0900 (30 minutes total office time) giving me time to make it to the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in time for the service for my friend. Thanks again (everyone) for your prompt and professional support on a moments notice. Bravo Zulu! Job well done. J. R.

I had such a great experience this morning at Alford Pediatric & General Dentistry. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over four years so I was a little nervous, but everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. My cleaning went great and I am happy with the whole experience!
