I saw Dr lin from Gentle Dental Reno in Nov 2024. Had tooth pulled and all the procedures of build up and secured with stitches. Dr Lin denied me the prescriptions for antibiotics and pain pills, said I would not not need them. Over Thanksgiving my side of head swelled up and got an infection and pain. In calling Dr Lin he told me to go to the ER, which I did as he was not going to order the prescriptions. We now have a new competent dentist. Thankful I never have to see him again.
Genuinely one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. Dr. Lin was amazing. He completed a painless implant post installation in less than an hour.......and I even got to pick my own music. The office managers are equally amazing. Both Dr. Lin and the office staff explained every detail to me along the way, including what to expect now and for future appointments. 100% recommend!
Dr. Lin and the staff are great! I had bad experiences in the past with other Dentists. After I told them, he goes out of his way to provide me pain free (as possible)treatments and alleviate my concerns. Absolutely the best Dentist and staff I've ever been to.
