2/25: NO yes I spoke with your office and it was resolved because I forced this issue. I have no intention of returning which. Terrible experience overall. 2/20: Response to owner-I stated that I was fully aware that obtaining the information from insurance can be challenging. The problem is that I was promised a return call Friday morning. So even a call to say we are still waiting would have sufficed. The second issue with that specifically was over a 2–3-day window I left 4 voicemails and never was my call returned. I just finally got a hold of somebody.
