As someone with complex dental and medical history, I am very grateful for this office! I needed emergency dental care and was able to be seen the next day. Dr. Dickert was very thorough and laid out a care plan in conjunction with a trusted endodontic office nearby. Since then I’ve needed some other work done and the office has been nothing but exceptional —and I have never learned so much about my dental care! He lays out everything in a way that’s easy to understand and always explains the what & why for each action. They aren’t in my network but the high quality work and level of care received made it an easy decision to remain a patient there.

My appointment for a cleaning on Oct 18th from start to finish was excellent! Jennifer who clean my teeth, was very professional, easy to talk to, and offered great suggestions on what I can do to keep my teeth looking good. She did a great job! Thank you Jennifer! I've been coming to West Ashley Family Dentistry for about 2 years, and I have always been treated very kindly and with respect. Dr. Dickert is the consummate professional, but also is easy and engaging to talk with (Which is saying a lot, as it's usually pretty difficult to speak while dentistry is ongoing). Maria was amazing; in my 51 years of receiving dental care, it's been rare to find a hygienist who is as attuned with a patient's comfort and well being as she is. I hadn't had a cleaning with Maria before, but she had taken the time to really read my chart and definitely went above-and-beyond with her cleaning work to ensure I wasn't in pain or uncomfortable. I really appreciate her attention to detail!
