I’ve seen Dr. Sohn and her team for a decade at this point. This has been my longest and best relationship with a dentist in my life. She’s always happy and helpful, and her team is too! They can take care of pretty much anything and do it in a way that will leave you feeling confident and supported the whole way.

I am sorry that I have to leave this review, but there were a few things that I experienced while being a patient here just did not sit right with me. 1. I was charged for an extra root scaling when I went in for a filling appointment. I would totally understand if the treatment was needed; but there was no communication from the dental team that this procedure was being done until after the appointment. The treatment plan they provided did not show a root scaling on it, either. I just wish that there's better communication. 2. While the dental team was not outwardly rude or mean, our interaction made me feel ashamed that I had to get fillings done. However, I do see that there were many great reviews about their friendliness; so it might just be an isolated incident. 3. The receptionist was very friendly when I first met her. However, if you were ever unclear about some information she provided for you over the phone and she needed to explain it to you, she would become extremely impa

I love my dentist. My case is tough, and I prepared for it. She's thorough, caring, and empowering. We have a plan and because of that, it makes it feel like it can be accomplished and I can have the smile I've always wanted. So glad that I found her.
